Robert is the Commercial Team Lead and a Senior Associate Structural Engineer at Linton Engineering, a division of Bennett & Pless Inc. He brings extensive project engineering experience to the team with an emphasis on new design-build, renovation and adaptive reuse of commercial buildings, office buildings, public and private educational facilities, libraries, historic structures, churches, residential structures and recreational facilities. Marvin has seven years of structural design experience with a focus on residential, commercial and academic facilities. He has experience in artistic and creative design techniques and uses computer-aided drafting and software to create complex, 3D drawings, modeling and renderings with Revit, including structural framework, foundations, roofs and retaining walls.

Alex joined the firm in 2025 after completing his degree in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering. As part of his studies, he led the reallocation of micro-mobility parking space project at the University of Maryland, showcasing his problem-solving skills. He is proficient in a wide variety of engineering and design applications used for structural analysis, design and construction projects. Alex is also fluent in Polish.

Justin joined Linton Engineering in March 2020, having previously worked as a structural designer since graduating from Marshall University in May 2019. His early experience includes work in retail, office, and adaptive re-use. Today, he works primarily on new high-end residential housing, residential renovations, and historic renovation/adaptive re-use projects. Justin is known for his collaboration skills in working closely with the design team. His attention to detail and positive attitude ensures a positive team experience and that clients receive a safe, well-coordinated and code-compliant structure.

Katie has more than fifteen years of architectural and structural design experience, specializing in custom residential, historical and commercial buildings. A self-proclaimed “BIM Nerd”, she is a consultant, trainer and mentor in Building Information Modeling (BIM), helping dozens of firms up and down the East coast with a lot of time spent in NYC, as well as being a past speaker at Autodesk University. She enjoys the challenge of continuing to push the boundaries of the application of BIM and Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) as it relates to architecture, engineering and construction (AEC).

Daniel is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and he is a dual citizen of the U.S.A. and Austria.
