What led you to work for Linton Engineering?

Dave and I used to work together at a different structural engineering company. He decided to leave that firm and start his own structural engineering business. Over the years, we remained in touch. Every now and then, Dave would reach out for assistance at LE, and I was happy to lend a hand during evenings and weekends. Then, around six years ago, Dave offered me a full-time job at LE, which I gladly accepted.

What do you enjoy most about working for LE?

I enjoy the people. At Linton, our entire team is committed to working together to achieve our goals.  I also appreciate the diverse range of projects we work on.  Residential projects are my favorite. The upscale homes I find personally very interesting. As someone who used to watch home shows, I have developed a strong admiration for beautiful houses. Architects come up with incredible concepts, and it is truly fulfilling to contribute to bringing their ideas to life.

How has the firm changed over the years?

Linton has made significant progress in a brief span. Our team meetings enhance our collaboration, which I firmly believe is the key to success. It not only benefits the company but also fosters our growth. In addition, our proficiency in Revit has greatly improved, although we have only begun to tap into its full potential.

What is your favorite project?

My favorite project is a home in the Silo Ridge development, a community being built in the hills of New York state. The home boasts breathtaking views on all levels thanks to its abundant use of glass. Whether you're in any part of the house, it feels as if you're sitting outdoors.

What is your hope for the future of LE?

My hope for the firm is that by enhancing our Revit skills, we’ll be able to continue increasing efficiency and speed up project completion. By improving our proficiency and precision in Revit, we can better cater to our clients' needs.
